RISC OS 2001

Posted by Richard Goodwin on 16:38, 19/10/2001 |

Yep, if you haven't noticed already, it's that time of year again...

The RISC OS 2001 Show October 20 and 21
The Blue Mountain Centre, Binstead, Berkshire (near Bracknell)
Saturday 10am to 5pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
Tickets £5 on the door.
I've managed to arrange a lift on Saturday, so hopefully I'll be taking plenty of 'photos and then uploading a report on Sunday (I usually say I'll try to post from the show, but it rarely happens!)

Unregistered user Apparently, there's going to be a pissup and pizza evening in Newbury afterwards, with various spods from #riscos and The Other Talker attending.

I may well join in :)

Unregistered user Rich: If you see this before you upload the report can you give some indication of how busy it was? I was there from about 3.30pm on Saturday and I wasn't encouraged but I'll reserve comment until I've read what people who were there for longer have to say.

Unregistered user I thought it was pretty busy in the morning; from past experience Acorn shows always seemed to go quiet an hour or so before closing anyway :)
