This is not the first time this vector graphics package has been delayed, but as July is the date agreed on with the printers of the paper version of the manual then it seems like it might really, really, really be true this time.
The extra time has been used to increase stability (sounds a little ominous - what would they have shipped it like before?) and add extra features. And given the subtle hint at the date on their website (link below), any more delays seem unlikely.
