RISC OS 2001 show - tickets available online

Posted by Richard Goodwin on 09:14, 28/8/2001 | ,

The RISC OS 2001 Show committee are gearing up for the Autumn show (October 20-21) with a funky new website which includes online ordering facilities.

Of course you'll need an SSL web browser to order from www.riscos2001.com (is there anyone who doesn't have it these days?) but you can still utilise old fashioned technology by using your telephone line as a vocal communications medium in calling 020 7742 3921. Tickets are £4 in advance, £5 on the door and the kiddies (under 12) get in free.

The show is at the Blue Mountain Golf and Conference Centre in Binfield (near Bracknell), Berkshire. There's a shuttle bus arranged from Reading railway station.

In a related message we've also been informed that the public site can be updated in realtime from a special exhibitor website, although obviously if you don't already know the address of that one you're probably not supposed to be there!
